Pricing Analyst

• Support the development of creative pricing arrangements, financial models, and budgets to align with Firm revenue and profitability initiatives and strategic goals.
• Generate financial analyses that support pricing strategies, policies, and the optimization of pricing management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights relative to strategic pricing development.
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development and maintenance of team processes, checklists, pricing repository and other resources to enhance the pricing function.
• Assist in responding to requests from attorneys for matter planning, budgeting, pricing estimates and tracking.

• Use data-driven market insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve Preferred partner performance and revenue.

• Identify, size, and prioritize pricing opportunities that improve revenue growth, product adoption, partner ROI, long-term business health, and minimize cannibalization.

• The Sr. Analyst Pricing Strategy Reporting is responsible for designing and generating regular reports for various stakeholders.
• This role involves ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and visualizations, and providing ad-hoc reporting support.
• Provide key insights related to the data that tells the story behind the numbers.
• Anticipate the needs of the organization and develop sustainable and efficient reports to meet those needs.
• Own Revenue Management Tableau server information and monitor performance to raise insights proactively to drive action.
• Lead weekly/monthly reporting and planning meetings to share insights and provide action items.
• Develop tracking for initiatives, communicate priorities, and report on progress.
• Seek opportunities to drive efficiencies in existing processes by streamlining processes and leveraging automation tools.

Senior Analyst, Pricing Strategy – Analytics

• Lead full lifecycle proposal development—from pre-RFP shaping through submission and post-submittal debriefs
• Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) to extract requirements from Sections L & M and translate into compliant response structures
• Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules
• Write, edit, and review technical, management, and past performance volumes
• Ensure alignment with agency mission, evaluation criteria, and win themes

• Selecting appropriate pricing methods (e.g., PO History, vendor quotes) for each item included in the proposal
• Working on multiple priority proposals concurrently
• Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR/DFAR Regulatory Requirements
• Supporting proposal reviews with detailed Bills of Materials and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs)
