Platform Engineer

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the foundational platform infrastructure that powers all engineering services.
• Build and maintain platform infrastructure using declarative IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Act as first-line responders for critical system incidents; triage, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues rapidly.
• Own the stack of supporting tools necessary for operational excellence and developer enablement, including CI/CD pipelines.

Senior Platform Engineer

• Work as a Power Platform SME ensuring that development work is a prime example of good practice for the design, build, test, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Work on complex or critical Power Platform solutions including citizen designed Canvas apps and enterprise level Dynamics Model Driven applications.
• Work with others in the wider IT team to help build solutions to meet business requirements across LRQA.

Power Platform Developer

• Support the design, build and maintenance of core Azure and Snowflake data platform components.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, enabling repeatable and automated deployments.
• Build and run CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Contribute to platform monitoring, including logging, metrics and alerting through observability tooling.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating code deployment processes to streamline delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine learning engineers and product managers, to translate system requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Lead by example through mentoring and advocating for DevOps best practices, ensuring infrastructure is maintainable, reusable, and secure.
• Optimize system performance through advanced monitoring, logging, and observability techniques, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.

• Own our infrastructure at scale: the AWS estate today (ECS Fargate, Aurora, ElastiCache, MSK, OpenSearch, Lambda, KMS) and the AWS CDK to Terraform migration. Keep it reliable, observable, and cost-aware.
• Build out the deployment pipeline as we consolidate toward a monorepo: the CI/CD that ships every service, plus an automated end-to-end testing harness with incremental (affected-only) testing that stays fast as we grow.
• Ship into customers' own clouds (self-hosted / BYOC): the Terraform modules, container images, runbooks, and documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Own the release and upgrade path for self-hosted customers: versioned, signed releases, a supported-version policy, and a call-home for usage and version reporting.
• Set the standard for new repositories: partner with the Security Engineer and tech leads so new projects (product, internal tools, and vibe-coded prototypes) ship secure and deployable from day one. Templates and golden paths, not gatekeeping.
• Raise reliability: SLOs, observability, and incident response. Make the system easy to operate when something breaks at 3am.
• Treat infrastructure as a product: paved roads and self-serve tooling so product engineers ship without waiting on you.
• Use AI in the workflow: lean on LLMs and agents for IaC generation, test scaffolding, and runbook drafting, with guardrails you trust.
