• You develop, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns — primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• You think beyond individual campaigns: audiences, funnels, user journeys, conversion optimization and clear recommendations for our clients.
• You proactively manage clients, develop smart solutions and keep their goals in focus — transparently, thoughtfully and responsibly.
• You work closely with our web and content team to create strong landing pages and efficient conversion flows.
• Together with our tech team, you set up clean tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions).
• You contribute your own ideas, test new approaches and help further develop our internal standards.

Performance Marketing Specialist

• Strategic planning, management and scalable development of Google campaigns in the premium D2C segment
• Precise targeting of affluent, discerning audiences with a clear premium positioning
• Independent management of large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability, new-customer ROAS and sustainable growth
• Development and continuous optimization of high-quality funnel structures, including conversion-driven, mobile-optimized landing pages
• Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to develop high-performing static and video ads
• KPI-driven analysis and data-based optimization across the entire customer journey in the premium segment
• Continuous testing of creatives, hooks, keywords and audiences while preserving brand aesthetic and positioning

Google Ads Manager – Growth Strategist

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), with potential to expand scope based on performance
• Contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels, from execution to iteration, with aggressive growth targets in mind
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV
• Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
• Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns
• Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages
• Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testing
• Build strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom deals
• Explore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteria
• Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal tools
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for scaling campaigns efficiently

Senior Performance Marketer – Full Remote, Europe

• You take strategic ownership and drive the ongoing development of your client projects while always keeping the big picture in mind
• You act as the central interface between client and team, ensuring clear, structured communication in both directions
• You plan and coordinate implementation together with our specialists (Ads, Web, Tracking, etc.) and ensure all activities integrate purposefully
• You prioritize tasks, manage resources and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule
• You analyze results, derive concrete actions and continuously advance your clients
• You identify opportunities for additional measures and proactively advise your clients on sensible next steps (upsell & further development)
