About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy and performance of complex, high‑budget Paid Search accounts across multiple markets and platforms.
Develop data‑driven strategies across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and emerging AI Search environments to deliver measurable business growth.
Translate complex performance data into clear insights, prioritized actions and continuous optimization.
Advise senior client stakeholders, challenge existing approaches and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
Lead strategic presentations, workshops and pitches, while helping shape best‑in‑class standards across our Paid Search and AI Advertising practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of hands‑on experience managing complex Paid Search or PPC accounts, ideally in an agency or international environment.
Deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong understanding of how bidding, tracking, conversion journeys, landing pages, feeds and commercial objectives interact.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify highest‑impact opportunities, and translate insights into clear strategic actions.
A confident, consultative approach to working with clients, including the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
A structured, proactive and highly independent way of working in a remote environment.
Full professional proficiency in both German and English is essential.
