• You will build a strong testing and learning culture: with hypotheses, experiments, clear learnings and concrete recommendations for action.

• You will advise clients and internal stakeholders as an equal — acting as a strategic sparring partner for performance, growth and development.

• Market development: Actively acquire new customers in the DACH market and support the expansion into international regions over time
• Close the deal: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing
• Consultative approach: Understand customers' pain points (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and deliver facts rather than marketing fluff
• Solution selling: Strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify emerging demand opportunities early
• Process design: Develop strategies for how we win internationally
