About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop channel-level strategies for clients
  • Conduct SEA keyword analyses for Google Ads campaigns
  • Plan, set up, optimize and evaluate SEA campaigns
  • Write ad copy
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan and set up LinkedIn campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns, including lead nurturing
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Develop tracking concepts for websites
  • Create analytics reports
  • User funnel and conversion optimization (conceptual — no development work)
  • Analyze user behavior on the website
  • Optimize landing pages and the website for conversions
  • Draft landing page concepts
  • Optimize the user funnel to improve conversions
  • Email outreach
  • Design emails/sequences using Apollo or similar tools
  • Optimize and analyze outreach performance
  • Further develop channels — identify new trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the project manager
  • Produce reports, analyses and documentation
  • Occasional customer support: participate in client meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in online marketing (at least 2 years)
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Proactive, analytical mindset and solution-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to learn and quick to grasp new concepts
  • Open, outgoing and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented work style
  • Strong IT affinity
  • German: preferably C1. If you're at B2, we'll cover your course costs if you'd like to improve; English: business proficiency
