About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic planning, management and scalable development of Google campaigns in the premium D2C segment
- Precise targeting of affluent, discerning audiences with a clear premium positioning
- Independent management of large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability, new-customer ROAS and sustainable growth
- Development and continuous optimization of high-quality funnel structures, including conversion-driven, mobile-optimized landing pages
- Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to develop high-performing static and video ads
- KPI-driven analysis and data-based optimization across the entire customer journey in the premium segment
- Continuous testing of creatives, hooks, keywords and audiences while preserving brand aesthetic and positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of solid performance marketing experience (Google) for high-priced D2C brands — we are explicitly looking for candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior, etc.; no mass-market or discount background
- Proven track record scaling brands in the luxury or premium segment
- Deep understanding of the psychology of affluent consumers and their decision-making processes
- Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger advertising budgets
- Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS and funnel mechanics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty and a positive attitude
- High sense of responsibility, commitment and intrinsic motivation
