About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic planning, management and scalable development of Google campaigns in the premium D2C segment
  • Precise targeting of affluent, discerning audiences with a clear premium positioning
  • Independent management of large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability, new-customer ROAS and sustainable growth
  • Development and continuous optimization of high-quality funnel structures, including conversion-driven, mobile-optimized landing pages
  • Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to develop high-performing static and video ads
  • KPI-driven analysis and data-based optimization across the entire customer journey in the premium segment
  • Continuous testing of creatives, hooks, keywords and audiences while preserving brand aesthetic and positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of solid performance marketing experience (Google) for high-priced D2C brands — we are explicitly looking for candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior, etc.; no mass-market or discount background
  • Proven track record scaling brands in the luxury or premium segment
  • Deep understanding of the psychology of affluent consumers and their decision-making processes
  • Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger advertising budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS and funnel mechanics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty and a positive attitude
  • High sense of responsibility, commitment and intrinsic motivation
