Performance Marketing

• Creative strategy per client. You run the design strategy process for each account — competitor and market research, testing plans, and campaign concepts tied to performance data.
• Static ad design. First drafts and full campaign suites for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Data-driven creative that's built to convert, not win awards.
• Revision cycles. Internal and client feedback rounds, managed to a standard: tight turnarounds, limited rounds, clear rationale when you push back.
• The AI production pipeline. You operate and improve our versioning/resizing workflow. When a new tool cuts production time without cutting quality, you test it and systematize it.
• Video creative direction. Scripting, storyboards, and creative briefs for video ads. Editing execution is a plus.
• Contractor quality control. Offshore and freelance design output goes through you before it ships. If it's not client-ready, it doesn't go out.
• Asset hygiene. Working files, final files, and folder structure stay organized and findable. The next person can pick up any account cold.

Paid Ads Designer

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed.
• You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings.
• You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB.
• You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
• You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners.
• You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs.
• You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time.

Director, Demand Generation

• Own end-to-end campaign execution: intake, planning, build, QA, launch, and post-launch reporting
• Write and edit campaign copy across channels, including emails, landing pages, and ad creative, adapting from existing content assets and messaging frameworks set by the Content and Product Marketing teams
• Schedule and lead campaign kickoff calls with clear agenda, roles, risks, and outcomes
• Build and manage Asana project trackers with tasks, timelines, dependencies, and owners
• Create campaign templates, naming conventions, workflows, and documentation
• Manage a single source of truth for campaign status, deliverables, approvals, and risks
• Work with Marketing Operations and RevOps to build dashboards tied to attribution, pipeline, and velocity
• Build AI agents to automate reminders, handoffs, briefs, approvals, QA checks, and post-launch updates

• Collaborating with marketing and sales to ensure that lead scoring, routing rules, and qualification thresholds remain aligned with evolving business priorities.
• Providing and executing a standard framework for conducting initial outreach (email, phone, or automated sequences) to unverified leads to validating interest, authority, business need, and timeline.
