About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional marketing programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives
- Own the end-to-end execution of Outshift's webinar program, including planning, platform management, live event moderation, and post-event reporting
- Manage marketing operations by administering tools, workflows, automations, resource planning, and campaign tracking to improve team efficiency
- Analyze and communicate campaign, webinar, and website performance metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and quarterly business reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional approvals, vendor relationships, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery across content, digital, paid media, and web programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or event/webinar production
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while driving execution and meeting deadlines
- Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, ON24, or similar tools
- Experience analyzing and reporting marketing campaign, webinar, or digital performance metrics using reporting or analytics tools
- Proven experience producing virtual events or webinar programs from planning through post-event analysis
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web content management, campaign reporting, and cross-functional go-to-market execution
