Associate Director – Market Access Operations & Excellence

• Continuously mature portfolio management capabilities (People, Process and Technology Solutions) driving implementation of standards for decision support & portfolio prioritization.
• Serve as the business process owner for the E2E Portfolio Capability designing & deploying a Project Portfolio Management maturity roadmap and value narrative for the capability.
• Provide leadership, guidance and oversight for J&JIMSC Project Portfolio governance, process and tools to make the best portfolio prioritization decisions given strategic priorities and resources across J&JIM SC.
