About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the strategic direction for Operational Excellence
- Support and enable OE programs at the BU and Enterprise function levels
- Create, implement, and safeguard global OE standards
- Develop and deliver OE training programs for senior management
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Establish, monitor, and manage enterprise-wide KPIs
- Conduct operational reviews and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide strategic OE advisory support to senior executives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-12 years of experience in an operational or transformation-focused environment
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Operational Excellence methodologies and frameworks
- Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced OE qualification
- Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Fluent English and additional languages (especially German/Chinese/Dutch) are a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Proficiency in OE tools, KPI frameworks, and systems
