About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the strategic direction for Operational Excellence
Support and enable OE programs at the BU and Enterprise function levels
Create, implement, and safeguard global OE standards
Develop and deliver OE training programs for senior management
Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Establish, monitor, and manage enterprise-wide KPIs
Conduct operational reviews and identify improvement opportunities
Provide strategic OE advisory support to senior executives
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-12 years of experience in an operational or transformation-focused environment
Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Operational Excellence methodologies and frameworks
Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced OE qualification
Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional improvement initiatives
Fluent English and additional languages (especially German/Chinese/Dutch) are a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
Proficiency in OE tools, KPI frameworks, and systems
