Global Talent Systems and Process Manager
UmicoreGlobal Talent System & Process Manager designing and improving global Talent processes. Focusing on HRIS capabilities and ensuring employee-centric systems across international environments.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own global Talent processes and system alignment; drive integration across modules
- Act as escalation point for the yearly Performance campaign
- Define architecture; translate business needs into system solutions
- Drive automation, AI, and workflow improvements
- Interface between CoE, P&O Operations, and IT
- Ensure GDPR and compliance; manage controls and risks
- Define KPIs; monitor system and process performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong HRIS experience
- Proven stakeholder and change management skills
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical approach
- Experience in HR transformation and system implementation projects
- Experience with global HR process ownership and governance
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central and Compensation
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (is a must)
- French or Dutch is a plus and any other international Language is nice to have
- Experience working in international environments
