• Perform BIW structural design activities across key areas such as pillars, roof, underbody, and front-end systems
• Create precise NX CAD surface models and ensure adherence to quality and Class-A requirements

BIW – Doors/Structures Design Engineer

• As a Mechanical Design Engineer – Fixtures, you will be instrumental in designing technology solutions that address client challenges in the Component Engineering domain.
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to shape proposals, contribute to solutioning, and support clients in adopting innovative, value-driven technologies.
• Technical owner for fixture and mechanical system design for semiconductor manufacturing tools across pilot, integration, and high‑volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Lead end‑to‑end mechanical development: requirements of definition, concept selection, detailed design, drawing release, and lifecycle support.
• Drive complex fixture and assembly designs using Siemens NX and/or PTC Creo, setting modelling, GD&T, and documentation best practices.
• Perform and review engineering calculations to validate design decisions and ensure robust, predictable mechanical performance.

Mechanical Design Engineer – Fixtures

• In this role, you will: Drive New product development from Requirements to Production release
• Identifying suitable materials for specific mechanical components based on mechanical properties, environmental conditions, and cost considerations
• Perform DFMA (Plastic, Machining, Stamping) analysis
• Apply GD&T and perform Tolerance stack-up analysis for components/Sub-system
• Create SFMEA, DFMEA and identify relevant product Hazardous, Cause and mitigation plan
• Transferring the mitigation plan into CTQ and CTF’s
• Good in Plastics and Sheet metal stamping design and development
• Create Manufacturing drawings and Assembly drawings with exploded views, BOM and Assembly Instruction etc
• Prepare Verification and Validation Plan, Test case, Test report, etc.
• Hands on experience in Structural and Thermal Hand calculations.
• Maintain CAD files and corresponding documents in Windchill Plink data management system.
• Create Engineering change plans and releasing of documents based on change management process.
• Well versed with product lifecycle management process.
• Hands on experience in Creo, Windchill, Engineering Change management activities

• Responsible for designing composite and brass / aluminium products using computer-aided design software applications like SolidWorks and NX.
• Interact with Global Design Engineers to understand the design concepts and translate them into actual 3D Models / 2D drawings following the KA PLM and KBD process.
• In alignment with Project Managers, agree on the deliverables and strictly adhere to agreed time-lines for these activities/projects.
• Secure that the design meets the required requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues/deviations on time with adequate mitigation.
• Work according to KA processes and tools, support in continually improving these processes.
• Report working hours spent on different projects.
• Prepare the Design change request as and when applicable.
• Use KA processes (Design Process, KBD-NPI, PIP) in the daily work routine to ensure Design/CAD/Engineering tasks are fulfilled on time with correct level of documentation.

Senior Design Engineer

• Interpret the customer’s technical enquiry and to design the most cost-effective overall solution for an HVDC installation.
• Minimize the total cost, and to specify the main (high-value) items of bought-out equipment for HVDC Projects.
• Develop an integrated scheme design that meets the Customer’s needs, by developing requirements on the ratings and functionalities of the different HVDC system’s subsystems.
• Manage the lifecycle of high economic value High Voltage equipment such as power transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, capacitors, and surge arresters.
• Create, verify, and validate the electrical power losses models for HVDC systems and subsystems.

Senior System Design Engineer

• Will be a key member of a small FPGA team that will own prototyping of Kandou’s architectures in FPGA
• Will need to work independently with low day-to-day supervision and own FPGA projects
• Will work with Kandou’s architecture and system software teams on FPGA prototyping and participate in the entire lifecycle of project including support.
• Will participate in technical discussions with IP providers and be responsible for driving some of them.

FPGA Design Engineer

• Lead AAA solution integration, validation, and acceptance activities
• Execute end-to-end network deployment and system integration

• As an Aero Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in developing 3D and 2D definitions of structural components, including single parts, pre‑assemblies, assemblies, and drawing sets, using CATIA V5 within the Airbus environment.
• You will work closely with onshore teams and the client to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
