Manager, Global New Product Quality

• Drive retail, production and wholesale results with assigned distributors; own weekly forecasts and sales reporting.
• Manage inventory/stock allocation and implement corrective action plans to hit targets.
• Monitor distributor financials and sales KPIs; identify and correct performance gaps.
• Build strong relationships with distributor leadership and visit regularly to support execution.
• Own and resolve distributor escalations; document visit outcomes and agreed actions.
• Support distributor events and local initiatives as needed.
• Align annual marketing plans with APDM Marketing to support ASO/APV and ensure Ford brand standards.
• Drive customer experience and NPS improvement via training and CX coaching.
• Use market and competitor intelligence (including showroom visits) to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Run quarterly sales & marketing reviews and translate findings into next‑quarter plans.

Country Manager

• Commercial responsibility for product & service offerings of Evonik Interface & Polyurethane Additives business line in the assigned territories within the Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand region
• Conduct relevant business development activities, including but not limited to, market sizing, in-market surveys, opportunity identification & development, and development of business plans
• Develop and implement sales plan in line with defined top-down targets
• Manage direct accounts and distribution channels in the territory; maintenance of forecasts
• Develop and maintain working business relationships with customers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders in the territory
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to define and implement key account plans, market segment and product strategies
• Gather and report on relevant market and business information
• Coordinate technical support initiatives, such as trainings and seminars for the assigned accounts/territory
• Coordinate with colleagues responsible for business operations (order-to-cash, supply chain, finance, etc) for effective business operations

Regional Business Manager – Interface, Polyurethane Additives

• Own full P&L responsibility for the Thailand business, including revenue growth, cost discipline, and long-term profitability.
• Build and run the Thailand operation, establishing the local structure, operating model, and execution cadence needed to win the market.
• Translate BJAK’s global strategy into a clear Thailand business plan and execute it with speed and discipline.
• Build and lead the Thailand team across marketing, PR, support, and operations, hiring people who take ownership and deliver results.
• Drive distribution and growth through partnerships, platforms, and ecosystem relationships that materially impact revenue.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to localize the platform for Thailand, balancing regulation, customer needs, and product velocity.
