About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a medium-sized customer service area or several customer service sections
- Craft and cascade messaging and next steps for the most commonly raised customer issues
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures
- Enter customer information into the CRM system
- Communicate the local action plan
- Develop and propose own performance objectives
- Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges
- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting
- Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
- Customer service experience
