• Assist in verifying that the system's payroll engine matches government requirements for countries like Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong, etc.
• Re-test fixed bugs and run standard 'health checks' on existing features whenever a new update is released to ensure nothing else broke
• Maintain and update simple test scripts and checklists to keep our testing library current
• Work closely with senior testers and developers to understand new HR features and how they are supposed to function

Associate Quality Manager

• Deploy and lead the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit.
