About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading and overseeing Agency Trade Managers’ geo-trades
Drive and oversee trade lifting performance to meet or exceed budgeted targets
Ensure mother vessel allocations are optimized for all respective trades
Assist Chief Commercial Officer in developing regional trade strategies
Oversee trade reporting and strategic trade planning
Provide structured pricing support and ensure commercial alignment with sales teams
Develop and strengthen the trade management team through structured training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
At least 5 years at management level
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
English fluency
Strong in reporting and analysis
Excellent presentation skills
Awareness of worldwide economy and freight market
Knowledge of shipping/forwarding industry
