• Develop and provide recommendations for interface design, sequencing of instruction, use of assessments, and design of course materials and activities.
• Create, manage and maintain course shells within the LMS, ensuring consistency, organization, and ease of navigation for users.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, instructors, and content creators to upload, review, revise, and organize course materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course shells and user access.
• Support and coordinate the transition process of master course shells to live sections of a course each semester.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, training coordinators, and subject matter experts, to maintain, update and improve online course material.
• Offer ongoing support to address questions, concerns, and technical issues related to the LMS and related technology.
• Support and continuously refine accessible course delivery within the learning management system by applying an understanding of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II Regulations and accessibility guidelines.
• Contribute to instructional design projects based on departmental needs and project demand.
• Collaborate with programs and instructional designers to ensure course quality, support continuous improvement efforts, assist with instructor training, and contribute to strategies that support student retention and program growth.
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy instructional materials in an online format, independently or as part of a collaborative design team.
• Support the development and maintenance of instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Provide project communication by establishing and tracking timelines, goals, and strategies, while creating formal/ informal periodic reports and monitoring progress for successful completion.
• Support and enhance the design, development, and delivery of online courses by applying knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and accessibility standards.

Instructional Designer

• Develop and drive Autodesk’s global workforce development strategy, focused on career training, upskilling, reskilling, and pathways for adults and non-traditional learners into high-demand Design & Make careers
• Size and define strategic priorities across workforce segments, geographies, programs, and partnership models using data-driven insights
• Research and analyze workforce, labor market, policy, training, and credentialing trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction
• Build and manage relationships with workforce agencies, training providers, employers, nonprofits, industry coalitions, and public sector stakeholders
• Identify opportunities tied to workforce funding, grants, apprenticeship programs, and continuing education initiatives
• Partner with our learning offerings team to shape strategies leveraging software access, training programs, and industry-recognized credentials to drive employability and ecosystem adoption
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer learning, public affairs, sales, and customer success teams to launch and scale workforce initiatives
• Influence senior internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic priorities and execution
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure program impact, adoption, and outcomes
• Represent Autodesk at workforce development forums, industry events, and coalition meetings

Senior Workforce Development Strategy Manager – Education Experiences

• Lead the development and execution of the BPO onboarding and upskilling curriculum strategy.
• Collaborate with BPO leadership and internal teams (QA, Workforce Management, Ops) to align training objectives with operational realities.
• Own training delivery plans for new site launches and major change events, including timelines, dry-runs, and cutover coordination. Partner with site leaders to ensure trainers have the tools, environments, and time needed to execute training plans effectively.
• Use QA scores, CSAT, and ramp-to-proficiency data to identify performance gaps and prioritize training interventions.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to define facilitation requirements and provide feedback loops to improve course content.
• Deliver TTT sessions and certification workshops to ensure BPO trainers are equipped to meet delivery standards.
• Support BPO trainer communities through regular forums and structured coaching to share best practices across regions.
• Maintain a "Partner Training Playbook" and ensure consistent training environments, tools, and evaluation criteria across all sites.
