• Translate existing documents such as standardized work, standing operating procedures, and work instructions into target languages using direct knowledge of target language and AI tools, ensuring sensibility and accuracy of translations.
• Develop new materials as required in English or target languages using templates in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Work with colleagues in target language sites in France, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, and China to ensure accuracy of translations.
• Assist in refining current digital library of materials. These documents are training materials for our colleagues to use in their preferred languages.

Intern, Global Learning & Development

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs across the plant and enterprise.
• Assist in assessing organizational and role-based development needs.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, curricula, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and departments to identify training needs and priorities.
• Help plan, coordinate, and support training sessions, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Assist with facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning initiatives as needed.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness and incorporation of feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain training records, documentation, and learning management system data.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiatives to ensure smooth execution.

Learning Specialist

• Lead the development and execution of the BPO onboarding and upskilling curriculum strategy.
• Collaborate with BPO leadership and internal teams (QA, Workforce Management, Ops) to align training objectives with operational realities.
• Own training delivery plans for new site launches and major change events, including timelines, dry-runs, and cutover coordination. Partner with site leaders to ensure trainers have the tools, environments, and time needed to execute training plans effectively.
• Use QA scores, CSAT, and ramp-to-proficiency data to identify performance gaps and prioritize training interventions.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to define facilitation requirements and provide feedback loops to improve course content.
• Deliver TTT sessions and certification workshops to ensure BPO trainers are equipped to meet delivery standards.
• Support BPO trainer communities through regular forums and structured coaching to share best practices across regions.
• Maintain a "Partner Training Playbook" and ensure consistent training environments, tools, and evaluation criteria across all sites.

L&D Specialist, Partner Network Training Lead

• Draft, format, and refine training materials, enablement guides, and documentation
• Maintain and organize content libraries and knowledge repositories
• Update and rewrite existing training decks and process documents
• Transcribe and document workflows and SOPs
• Maintain document templates and ensure proper filing and version control
• Conduct periodic audits of existing documentation
• Develop AI-assisted first drafts of internal communications
• Manage distribution lists and maintain the internal communications calendar
• Own the editorial process for internal comms
• Manage end-to-end logistics for team members attending industry conferences and external events
• Write event communications, attendee-facing materials, agendas, and post-event recap summaries
• Coordinate with content contributors and track deadlines across the content calendar
• Build and maintain dashboards or trackers for adoption metrics and team feedback
• Schedule cross-functional meetings, take notes, and distribute clear action item recaps.
