Inside Sales

• A Technical Inside Sales Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives.
• You must be comfortable multitasking and interacting directly with ABB Customers.
• You will build relationships internally with the Operations Teams, Commercial Proposal Managers, Sales Managers and Administrators.
• You will also rely on and work with Channel Partners and Manufacturers’ Representatives.
• You should be comfortable being the key point of contact for many customers that have immediate urgent needs.
• A certain level of technical knowledge of electrical products and services will be expected.
• An ability to learn processes quickly and think creatively will be necessary to add value to customers.
• Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
• Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Technical Inside Sales Specialist

• Support the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective customers
• Build assigned territories by prospecting for new customers
• Execute assigned territory activities and call plans
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve routine inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems

Inside Sales Associate

• analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
• initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls
• managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Cross-reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions

Inside Sales Support Associate

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct daily outreach to targeted businesses through outbound calls, email touches, and follow-up strategies to consistently generate new opportunities.
• Engage Decision-Makers: Introduce Jani-King's services to business leaders, ask thoughtful discovery questions, and identify opportunities where our solutions can provide value.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound inquiries, marketing leads, and outbound prospects to determine readiness for a sales conversation.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales representatives and regional leadership to align outreach strategies and maximize conversion success.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified, high-value meetings for the outside sales team and ensure all key prospect details are documented accurately in the CRM.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential customers through professional, consistent communication that creates trust and interest in Jani-King's services.
• Performance & Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and next steps while tracking performance against daily and weekly goals.

Inside Sales – Multiple Locations

• Own the full revenue metrics and market share position of your assigned portfolio.
• Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
• Identify, quantify, and execute against performance gaps and revenue opportunities within each account.
• Diagnose structural growth blockers (e.g., product gaps, pricing, state limitations, operational friction) and escalate quantified impact to leadership.
• Forecast performance trends and proactively build action plans to achieve growth targets and defend share among assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Build strong, credible relationships with operators and key stakeholders.
• Expand revenue through strategic account development, onboarding new locations, and deepening product adoption.
• Lead proactive growth conversations rather than reactive support interactions.
• Operate as the manager of your portfolio, accountable for growth, retention, and performance of assigned accounts.
• Maintain deep visibility into pipeline activity, funding trends, conversion rates, and unrealized potential.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to each partner’s opportunity.
• Ensure partners are fully trained and aligned on Zippy’s end-to-end process (marketing through funding).
• Drive operational discipline to improve pull-through, speed, and borrower experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and file-level friction impacting performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators including market share, application volume, funded volume, and revenue trends.
• Maintain accurate, actionable account and contact data in Salesforce.
• Use data to inform strategic decisions and prioritize time allocation.
• Represent client insights internally while protecting Zippy’s commercial interests.
• Provide structured feedback on product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and revenue opportunity.
• Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that unlock portfolio growth.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Zippy’s loan process, underwriting standards, technology, and funding requirements.
• Serve as a trusted expert for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously seek learning to strengthen commercial and operational effectiveness.
