• Creative Brief Development – Work collaboratively with the insights and analytics team, account and creative teams to distill the key information from consumer, category, culture and company into actionable insights for substantial client projects.
• Scoped Creator Strategy – Leads high-level, long-term creator strategy and vision, including campaign planning, creator archetype and tier identification.
• Business Development – Core contributor to new business response development; including preparation and delivery of pitches – particularly around strategic upfront and creative set-up– and the transition of new business wins to teams.
• Establish and Grow the Discipline at The Team – Develop the practice and approach to creator strategy at The Team. Identify and communicate ways to build and grow the team, the department and its processes and educate and develop talent.

Director, Social Strategy – Creator/Influencer

• Research and identify creators and influencers aligned with NoGigiddy's audience across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
• Conduct outbound outreach with personalized pitches that actually get responses
• Negotiate partnership terms — content deliverables, timelines, and compensation
• Manage active influencer relationships and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
• Brief creators on campaign goals, messaging, and compliance requirements

Influencer Outreach Coordinator

• Research and vet prospective content creators on multiple social and digital video platforms to determine fit for active and planned marketing campaigns, including evaluating past performance and brand/game/product affinities
• Support the onboarding of new sponsored creators and agency partners by directing the flow of documentation related to vendor and activation management

Inbound Sales Strategist – Influencer Marketing

• Serve as the strategic main point of contact for influencers or student leaders who participate in campaigns with our brand partners from start to finish
• Create, promote, and vet influencer applications for Campus & Influencer campaigns, identifying target influencers for projects and conducting outreach and follow-ups as needed
• Develop campaign briefs and guidelines for participating influencers (including timelines, messaging and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelines
• Review influencer content before it is published, ensuring it adheres to all FTC and client requirements
• Monitor and track contracted content as it is published, ensuring all participating creators are following guidelines and timelines, requesting edits when needed
• Manage and process influencer agreements and payments in a timely fashion in collaboration with Campus & Influencer Marketing department leadership and the legal and finance teams
