Implementation Specialist

• Serve as the primary implementation specialist and trusted advisor from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage a portfolio of customers in various stages of onboarding.
• Lead customer training and activation calls for AI Receptionist and TrueLark products.
• Review and validate customer AI setup preferences, scheduling configurations, business information, insurance settings, and workflow requirements.

• Handle customer escalations and adoption concerns.
• Ensure customers understand how to maximize the value of both Weave and TrueLark.
• Document customer interactions, implementation progress, and next steps.
• Schedule and conduct post-go-live check-in calls to support adoption and long-term success.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Implementation Specialist – Upsells AI Receptionist

• Lead onboarding for new customers, setting up their AI agents to handle calls, book jobs, and integrate with CRMs like ServiceTitan.
• Customize prompt flows and voice logic to match each business’s tone, processes, and goals.
• Train owners and office managers on best practices, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor early adoption closely, identify risks, and ensure accounts hit key milestones in the first 30–60 days.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve AI behavior and workflows.

Implementation Manager

• Build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement cadences through all phases of their implementation.
• Create a plan outlining the customer’s goals with implementing Fieldguide and activities needed to meet those goals.
• Cultivate customer champions and grow their Fieldguide knowledge.
• Be the link between the customer and Fieldguide’s cross-functional teams.
• Be proactive in identifying success risks and develop decisive action plans.

Implementation Specialist – Health Tech

• Develop deep expertise in Snapsheet’s SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
• Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
