Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and oversee the technical implementation of retention marketing programs across client accounts
Transform strategy into execution by building and maintaining email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and onsite conversion experiences
Support account audits, onboarding projects, and technical account setup
Lead migrations from platforms such as Attentive, Mailchimp, and others
Perform technical QA across campaigns, flows, segments, forms, and integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6+ years of email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo Email and SMS
Experience building advanced flows, segments, forms, and automations
Experience with platform migrations and ecommerce integrations
Familiarity with custom events and data architecture
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and QA skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
