• Working with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in Colombia
• Managing full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers

Human Resource Generalist – HR

• Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular updates to employee records from hire to retire.
• Support the new hire onboarding process, including following up with employee, completing employment verifications, and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to and resolve routine employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and kept confidential.
• Maybe required to generate basic HR reports as needed to support general HR queries.
• Assist with data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR systems.
• Collaborate with the HR team to help with various HR initiatives and projects.
• Utilize a case management tool to track and prioritize requests.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions (for example but not limited to, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition)

Associate HR Operations Analyst

• Partner with our Employer of Record (EOR) vendor to support Porch's Colombia workforce across the full employee lifecycle and ensure alignment between EOR records and Workday.
• Ensure Colombia HR operations align with the Corporate HR strategy through close partnership with the HRBP team, Contingent Workforce Operations, HR Operations, and other HR centers of excellence (COEs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local employee relations issues.
• Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other concerns in partnership with the HRBP team and the EOR.
• Advise on Colombian labor law compliance — including the Substantive Labor Code (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) — in coordination with the EOR vendor and Legal team.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and flag updates that impact Porch's Colombia workforce.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures, practices, and policy guidance for Porch's Colombia workforce, working within the parameters of the EOR relationship, and contribute to a Colombia-specific reference for our local team.
• Support workplace investigations and disciplinary and termination procedures in partnership with the HRBP team, Legal, and the EOR — including managing probation period considerations under Colombian law (two-month statutory maximum).
• Working with the Head of Employee Experience and HRBPs, assist leaders with strategic organizational design and reorganizations.
• Contribute to recruiting efforts by supporting hiring leaders and the corporate Talent Acquisition team, including customizing job descriptions.
• Partner with the HRBP team and managers on performance management — championing the annual and mid-year cycles and supporting performance improvement plans as needed.
• Support manager and employee self-service in Workday and the EOR platform; conduct training as needed.
• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and continuing education.
• Support workplace health and safety compliance, leveraging EOR resources and Colombian regulatory requirements.
• Act as a culture steward — promoting a positive work environment, championing Porch's values, and supporting employee engagement through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Respond to audit requests as needed.

Human Resources Manager

COP 8,728,000 - COP 9,819,000 per month

• The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the effective dispatching, intake, triage, and management of employee relations cases.
• Analyze key case information, including country of origin, nature of the issue, involved parties, etc.
• Accurately register and document cases in the ER tracker system, ensuring completeness and data integrity.
• Identify and escalate cases outside of scope (e.g., Compliance, high-risk, or complex matters) to the appropriate ER team members.
• Manage end-to-end investigations for Discipline related cases of low to moderate complexity.
• Conduct investigations in line with Employee Relations SOPs, ensuring objectivity, confidentiality, and procedural consistency.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the ER tracker system through timely and precise data entry and updates.

Employee Relations Specialist

Benefits Specialist – 3 Month Contract

• Apoyar el proceso de nómina en todo lo relacionado con la contratación de personal, afiliaciones y conciliaciones de seguridad social.
• Ejecutar el proceso de contratación del personal que ingresa a la compañía, garantizando la correcta afiliación a las entidades de seguridad social.
• Gestionar los procesos de desvinculación de personal.
• Registrar en el sistema de nómina las novedades como incapacidades, vacaciones, licencias y suspensiones, entre otras.
• Orientar a los colaboradores en temas relacionados con nómina.
• Apoyar los procesos de auditorías, conciliaciones, pagos a terceros, actualización de datos maestros e informes del área.
• Garantizar el proceso de cobro de incapacidades: transcripción, radicación y conciliación de cartera.
