About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary HR leader for Colombia
- Adapt broader HR initiatives for Colombia
- Work with U.S. HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders
- Coach leaders on expectations, feedback, and talent decisions
- Ensure strong adherence to Colombian labor law and internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR practice
- Experience driving change through a merger, acquisition, or major transformation
- Experience with Workday and HR systems
- Fluent Spanish and strong English, written and spoken
