Associate HR Operations Analyst
Coupa SoftwareHR Operations Analyst supporting HR data integrity and handling employee inquiries at Coupa. Collaborating with HR teams to streamline operational processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular updates to employee records from hire to retire.
- Support the new hire onboarding process, including following up with employee, completing employment verifications, and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to and resolve routine employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and kept confidential.
- Maybe required to generate basic HR reports as needed to support general HR queries.
- Assist with data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to help with various HR initiatives and projects.
- Utilize a case management tool to track and prioritize requests.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions (for example but not limited to, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or similar role or completion of post-secondary schooling in this area.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other data management tools is a plus.
- A customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic functions of Excel.
- Experience with Google Workspace is an asset.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of HR Operations.
