• Oversee day-to-day email and SMS campaign operations, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.
• Build custom user selections and other connected programs for enhanced targeting.
• Scope, build, and launch specific acquisition and retention campaigns, including blast and journey-based use cases (e.g., winback, onboarding, high affinity user flows).
• Own QA workflows, including link validation, image rendering, data mapping, triggering effectiveness, journey flows, preview testing, and multi-device checks.

• Monitor platform health, integration failures, and journey errors; drive real-time response and root-cause investigation.
• Support advanced capabilities including segmentation, dynamic content rendering, conditional logic, and real-time triggers.
• Maintain platform folder structures, naming conventions, asset governance, and permission controls.
• Manage data hygiene efforts (inactivity criteria, churn processing, inactive segment monitoring).
• Monitor inbox placement, blocklist status, bounce codes, and sender reputation across brands and IPs.
• Partner with the deliverability consultant to identify and mitigate risks—spam traps, throttling, complaint spikes, cold IP warming, etc.
• Oversee CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA compliance across templates, data handling, and unsubscribe processes.
• Manage domain-level configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) in partnership with Tech Ops.

Growth Marketing Manager

• Develop Power Generation projects including combustion turbine simple cycle, combined cycle and reciprocating engine projects.
• Develop Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects in the Power Generation market sector.
• Develop associated Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Achieve new and add-on business with existing clients by developing and enhancing key client relationships and serving as one of the primary company contacts.
• Provide leadership in the development of client relationships, capture planning, strategy, pursuit and proposal activities to a team of direct reports.
• Mentor and support the energy team, with an emphasis on growing expertise in Power Generation services.
• Participate in strategy development, market trends, business solutions, corporate strategy, scoping/costing and proposal preparation, interviews, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Communicate internally and report regularly on new business sales pipeline, client planning and opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with their direct reports of Client Service Managers to maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of energy market opportunities.
• Actively participate in Go No/Go discussions and make recommendations for Go No/Go decisions.
• Identify new business growth opportunities and work to meet return on investment goals.

Growth Leader – Power Generation

• Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission (both HVAC and HVDC), Distribution, Substation, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Renewable Energy and Field Construction Management Service projects.
• Develop Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects in the Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Develop Program Management Office (PMO) engagements, including asset management, data analytics, program controls and reporting.
• Develop associated studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
