• Join a dynamic team of lawyers who act for both private and public sector clients in relation to workplace health and safety incidents, prosecution proceedings and inquests

• Lead a specialized team handling complex competition and regulatory matters
• Provide senior legal advice across competition law, telecommunications regulation, and access regulation
• Partner with senior stakeholders to navigate regulatory risks and support team performance
• Ensure legal guidance is embedded within the organization’s long-term strategy

Managing Counsel – Competition and Regulatory

• Advise key leaders, business stakeholders and units on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (supplier, customer, licensing, services, M&A, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with key regulations and laws
• Oversee development of compliance and policy frameworks, infrastructure, and training
• Work closely with the Company Secretary to support board and committee operations, compliance with ASX listing rules, disclosure obligations, and investor communications
• Advise on legal strategy and risk exposure for disputes or regulatory issues
• Provide legal support for major transactions, partnerships, and M&A, including due diligence and deal structuring or other strategic projects requiring legal expertise

Legal Counsel

• Lead legal support for mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and execution
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence, with a focus on:
• Commercial contracts
• Technology assets and IP
• Data privacy and cybersecurity
• Regulatory risks in healthcare and life sciences
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, asset purchase agreements, JV agreements, etc.)
• Partner with internal stakeholders (corporate development, finance, business leaders) to drive deal execution
• Manage external counsel and support post-deal integration, including contract and technology transition
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, including:
• SaaS, cloud and software licensing
• Data analytics and digital health solutions
• Vendor, customer, and strategic partnership agreements
• Provide advice on technology, digital health, and data-related risks, including IP, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy frameworks
• Act as a trusted advisor on legal risk in regulated environments, particularly within healthcare and life sciences
• Support compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements, including data privacy and industry-specific obligations
• Advise business leaders on operational and commercial risk
• Provide guidance on employment law matters in partnership with HR
• Support dispute resolution and litigation strategy, including coordination of outside counsel
• Advise on IP, privacy, and other general corporate legal matters

• Provide commercially oriented advice and support to the business on a wide range of legal issues including IP, marketing, regulatory compliance, employment, privacy and data protection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks for Attain products and services
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance for all areas that may impact Attain’s operations

• Act as primary legal contact on assigned projects / contracts for construction and engineering law
• Provide high quality and practical advice on construction law matters to assist the business in critical decision making

• Assist General Counsel and Company Secretary with ad hoc legal and governance requirements
• Assist in mentoring Law Clerks
• Comply with all lawful or reasonable directions from managers relating to HSE matters
• Report any incident/hazard that will or has the potential to cause harm in the workplace
• Use effective interpersonal skills in working with others to build successful working relationships
• Comply with legislative requirements, company policies, procedures and management systems

• Provide strategic advisory and business-partnering support in regulatory litigation
• Manage investigations and enforcement actions and advise on regulatory risks
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution
• Conduct investigations and develop strategies to resolve disputes
• Develop and present training on key topics relevant to the business
• Manage external service providers including external legal firms and experts

Senior Legal Counsel – Regulatory and Disputes

• Take ownership of the review, negotiation, drafting and management of a wide range of legal agreements.
• Advise Twilio’s internal clients on contract interpretation and negotiation.
