Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert legal advice supporting nbn's strategic objectives
Advise on legal matters including leasing, property transactions, access agreements, and co-location
Support across Finance, Property, Governance, and Sustainability team’s portfolio
Partner closely with stakeholders managing complex legal issues
Help deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes balancing legal risk with business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8 years' post-qualification experience
Experience advising on property transactions, leasing or infrastructure-related property matters
Understanding of corporate governance frameworks and obligations
Comfortable navigating complex legal issues
Ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice
Able to build trusted relationships and influence
