Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and send monthly sales invoices and statements to customers accurately and on time.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Provide regular updates and relevant information regarding assigned customers.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
• Conduct monthly cashouts from affiliate wallets.
• Monitor debtor balances, including clearing credit balances, and report any discrepancies.

• Post sales invoices and ensure accurate posting of bank transactions against the correct customers.
• Allocate payments received accurately against outstanding invoices.
• Update weekly receivables reports to provide management with current account status.

Finance Associate

• Perform routine accounting tasks
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain all bank-related documents in good order
• Routine updating of our Group ledgers
• Other various account reconciliations and analysis

• As Financial Accountant: PSP Analyst, monitor PSP balances daily
• Own and manage PSP-related email inboxes
• Reconcile PSP transactions end-to-end
• Initiate outgoing payments via online banking portals
• Prepare and distribute regular KPI dashboards covering PSP performance
• Assist in the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts
• Support daily and month-end accounting tasks as required
• Upload PSP transactions and fees into Xero accurately and on schedule
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested
• Undertake any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time

Financial Accountant – PSP, Cash Management

• Posting business expenses accurately and in a timely manner
• Issuing and tracking sales invoices
• Performing regular bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Supporting VAT return submissions and related reporting
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• General finance and admin support across the team

Finance Administrator

• - Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• - Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margin, and cash flow
• - Produce monthly management reporting packs with clear variance analysis
• - Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate ROI on campaigns and promotions
• - Track KPIs across acquisition, retention, and monetisation metrics
• - Support board and shareholder reporting materials
• - Assist in financial due diligence and integration planning
• - Develop standalone and consolidated financial models for the new brand
• - Support migration into Yellow’s financial systems and reporting frameworks
• - Establish KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and cost allocation models
• - Work cross-functionally to ensure operational and financial alignment during launch
• - Monitor performance against business case assumptions post-integration
• - Conduct scenario modelling and stress testing via Looker Studio & Tableau
• - Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis
• - Identify process improvements within finance and reporting functions

Commercial Finance Analyst

• Lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function and play a key role in shaping business decisions
• Partner closely with the CFO and Exec team driving financial strategy, planning, and performance insights
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Ensure financial clarity and insights for smart decision-making
• Drive process improvements, strengthen tools and models, and enable scalable working
• Lead scenario analysis and risk assessments for strategic decisions
• Own and drive the annual budgeting process
• Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flow, and capital requirements
• Lead quarterly reforecasting and rolling forecasts
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Provide high-quality reports and presentations for leadership and Board meetings
