About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support workflow and automation initiatives within the AR function
  • Conduct reviews and credit risk checks on existing and prospective customers, flagging concerns to the Credit Ops Manager
  • Perform data cleaning activities across all entities and ERP systems
  • Assist in the maintenance and update of credit workbooks and credit policy documentation
  • Support the creation, documentation, and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the AR function
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting automation tools and dashboards
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and responding to queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, BI) to ensure data integrity and process alignment
  • Perform general daily accounting and administrative tasks as required
  • Implement optimisation of processes and systems within the ERP.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in a financial or accounting role, 1 - 2 years
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (NAV / Business Central preferred)
  • Familiarity with credit risk tools such as Coface is an advantage.
