Financial Accountant – PSP, Cash Management
PressEnter GroupFinancial Accountant: PSP Analyst overseeing cash management and PSP operations at PressEnter in the iGaming sector. Responsible for reconciliations, reporting, and compliance within financial operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Financial Accountant: PSP Analyst, monitor PSP balances daily
- Own and manage PSP-related email inboxes
- Reconcile PSP transactions end-to-end
- Initiate outgoing payments via online banking portals
- Prepare and distribute regular KPI dashboards covering PSP performance
- Assist in the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts
- Support daily and month-end accounting tasks as required
- Upload PSP transactions and fees into Xero accurately and on schedule
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested
- Undertake any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on PSP experience
- Cash management experience
- Reconciliation expertise
- KPI-oriented mindset
- Inbox management discipline
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent professional experience)
- At least 2 years' experience in a finance or payments operations role with direct PSP experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive can-do attitude with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with the Aurum Reconciliation Tool (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience with Xero accounting software (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience managing cash across multiple entities and currencies in a group structure (Highly Advantageous)
- ACCA or ACA part-qualification or full qualification (Highly Advantageous)
- Automation mindset: experience using scripts, macros, or workflow tools to reduce manual effort (Highly Advantageous)
