Financial Planning and Analysis

• Identify trends that will improve the overall AR by completing analysis of charge validation and denials resolution.
• Perform a variety of patient accounting functions including insurance and self-pay billing, remit analysis and cash posting, accounts receivable management, and claims follow-up.
• Ensure proper charge capture, billing, and adjudication of claims in accordance with federal, state and private billing guidelines.
• Monitor Discharged Not Final Billed (DNFB) to determine necessary actions required to minimize the volume and value of accounts being held.
• Analyze and escalate themes for payer relation bulk resolution.
• Obtain and compare data from multiple sources and review for discrepancies using various applications.
• Support the Patient Financial Services department with performing complex process and system analysis.
• Provide guidance, communicate, and serve as subject matter expert for assigned service line related to the billing and collections process.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Revenue Cycle Leaders.

Patient Financial Services Analyst

• Participate in Wells Fargo Advisors training program for meeting personal, professional, and organizational client service and financial goals within the Financial Advisory - Bank function
• Review basic or tactical client goals and risk tolerance, assess investment profile, and evaluate client financial needs related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
• This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member.
• This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction.

Associate Financial Advisor

• Build and own updates to financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and SaaS metrics
• Maintain and refine rolling forecasts and detailed budgeting templates
• Track and model SaaS performance indicators: ARR/MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, cohort performance, etc.
• Construct monthly, and quarterly financial reports and metrics and analyze variances
• Dive into ad-hoc analytics requests, extracting insights and translating them into explanations and recommendations
• Support financial diligence, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis for potential M&A opportunities
• Assist with integration modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking as needed
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand drivers of performance and model impacts at a granular level
• Participate in and reviews aspects of the month end close process
• Lead Sales commission variable compensation calculation and financial administration
• Ensure financial data integrity and alignment between actuals and models
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to the VP of Finance & Accounting, COO, CEO, and Board of Directors
• Clearly articulate model assumptions, limitations, and insights to non-finance stakeholders

FP&A Manager

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including:
• ROI analysis
• Investment prioritization
• Scenario planning/modeling
• Operational analysis
• Developing and refining meaningful management reporting
• Preparing business recommendations based on financial analysis
• Assist in development of regular financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategies
• Driving continuous improvement in report and analysis automation
• Taking initiative and working independently to conduct special studies to analyze complex financial data
• Completing internal process review, documenting internal processes and providing recommendations for improved productivity and/or cost savings.

Financial Analyst, FP&A

• Monitor caregiver pay-to-bill ratios and identify margin leakage
• Maintain a rolling 6-12 month cash forecast
• Present financial clarity in weekly Level 10 meetings
• Oversee budget-to-actual variance
• Elevate financial literacy of leadership team

Strategic Financial Lead – Fractional or Retired CFO

• Determine what our customers need.

Product Manager II – Financials, Access & Integrations

• Transition the agency’s financial infrastructure from founder-led management to a professional, automated, and scalable system
• Develop financial models to track and optimize performance for state contracts , ensuring high data integrity and compliance
• Create a yearly 'anchor' budget and rolling quarterly forecasts to guide the CEO through rapid team expansion and new site development
• Oversee the accuracy of QuickBooks Online and ADP integrations, ensuring tax-optimized mapping and 'best-in-class' reporting
• Serve as the senior financial advisor for agency stability, continuity planning, and long-term institutional readiness

Fractional CFO – Systems & Strategy Lead

• Engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs
• Provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve their financial protection and planning goals
• Design and implement tailored strategies to safeguard clients' assets and overall financial well-being
• Regularly review and update clients' financial plans and insurance policies
• Cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations

Financial Advisor

• Assist in financial planning and analysis by building and maintaining models for forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis for R&D functions
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track company performance
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes

Financial Analyst

• Conduct detailed, comprehensive and independent financial risk analyses
• Assist in performing asset/liability management (ALM) process using financial models to assess Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Net Interest Income (NII), and Net Economic Value (NEV)
• Assist in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analyses of the ALM process
• Assist in developing financial risk analyses and stress testing for IRR, credit risk, concentration risk, liquidity risk, and capital risk and prepare management reports applicable to financial risks inherent to the credit union
• Assist in maintaining and assessing the credit union’s financial model assumptions and attributes, perform sensitivity analyses including beta’s, decay rates, prepayment speeds
• Prepare the monthly Allowance for Loss calculations and assist in maintaining the CECL model
