About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze financial and operational results to understand and report underlying causes for business performance and variance.
Pro-actively review, analyze, monitor, and report on operational, financial, and reports.
Develop financial proformas and value propositions.
Provide continued measurement of actual performance against current project budgets, original project funding, and other measures as appropriate.
Support business leaders with annual operating budget and long range plan, including capital budget and financial forecasts.
Work with Accounting team to conduct regular review of monthly accounting close.
Prepare various analyses and recommendations used by business leaders management in making informed operating decisions.
Review and verification of productivity metrics and statistics.
Develop and provide training to leadership teams and managers regarding budget reporting, metrics and related information.
Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent education/experience.
3 years Analytical and Business experience.
Master's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire (Preferred).
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) upon hire (Preferred).
2 years Healthcare related experience (Preferred).
