About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and analyze financial and operational results to understand and report underlying causes for business performance and variance.
  • Pro-actively review, analyze, monitor, and report on operational, financial, and reports.
  • Develop financial proformas and value propositions.
  • Provide continued measurement of actual performance against current project budgets, original project funding, and other measures as appropriate.
  • Support business leaders with annual operating budget and long range plan, including capital budget and financial forecasts.
  • Work with Accounting team to conduct regular review of monthly accounting close.
  • Prepare various analyses and recommendations used by business leaders management in making informed operating decisions.
  • Review and verification of productivity metrics and statistics.
  • Develop and provide training to leadership teams and managers regarding budget reporting, metrics and related information.
  • Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3 years Analytical and Business experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire (Preferred).
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) upon hire (Preferred).
  • 2 years Healthcare related experience (Preferred).
