Infection Prevention Nurse, RN

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trainings, conferences, and employee programs
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, travel, materials, and on-site support
• Assist with event communications, including invitations, agendas, and participant updates
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure alignment
• Provide day-of event support to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experience
• Assist in coordinating company-wide employee appreciation and recognition initiatives
• Support programs such as service anniversaries, milestone celebrations, and special events
• Help execute initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce company culture
• Support the administration and maintenance of the Cvent platform
• Assist with event setup, registration management, and reporting within Cvent
• Maintain event calendars, contact data, and system records
• Help troubleshoot event technology and support continuous improvements
• Support additional departmental initiatives and special projects as needed

Event Coordinator

• Develop and identify key partner profiles for select program strategies and event plans to meet Channel Sales goals for key industry or segment -focused partners.
• Serve as a thought leader for awareness and recruitment programs and events, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in planning and execution of initiatives.
• Design and manage end-to-end T-Mobile sponsored and partner-sponsored events such as roadshows, floor days, partner meet and greet events, virtual events, and other focused channel awareness initiatives.
• Design strategy and ready-by-day activation plans for recruiting teams, ensuring seamless execution of events and programs.
• Monitor channel market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate insights to identify new opportunities and enhance recruitment programs.
• Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to create and optimize recruitment materials, including event collateral, social and digital campaigns, and prospect communications.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., event ROI, candidate conversion rates, pipeline health), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote awareness of programs, upcoming events, and hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and communication to leadership and stakeholders regarding awareness program initiatives, performance, and upcoming plans.

Ecosystem Programs & Events Manager

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity.
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains appropriate evidence, demonstrates understanding of law enforcement procedures and professionally participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls, etc.).
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment.

Retail Loss Prevention Detective

• Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
• Coordinate virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
• Lead the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
• Develop content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels
• Implement and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations
• Generate reports using SalesForce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars
• Perform other related duties as assigned
