About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trainings, conferences, and employee programs
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, travel, materials, and on-site support
  • Assist with event communications, including invitations, agendas, and participant updates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure alignment
  • Provide day-of event support to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experience
  • Assist in coordinating company-wide employee appreciation and recognition initiatives
  • Support programs such as service anniversaries, milestone celebrations, and special events
  • Help execute initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce company culture
  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Cvent platform
  • Assist with event setup, registration management, and reporting within Cvent
  • Maintain event calendars, contact data, and system records
  • Help troubleshoot event technology and support continuous improvements
  • Support additional departmental initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant working experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a corporate professional setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience supporting, planning, and executing events
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Team player who takes initiative
  • Ability to be adaptable and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain organized in an ever-evolving landscape
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
