• Coordinates the operation of event travel and virtual event programs for specific clients
• Serves as a leader for the internal team for ITA Group’s incentives solution line
• Provides thought leadership, creating custom-crafted, powerful experiences that engage and inspire the attendees
• Works independently and leads strategic teams for both international and domestic events
• Manages simultaneous events in their entirety along with organizational skills ensuring no detail is left to chance
• Collaborates with internal teams, ensuring deliverables are met, budgets are balanced, and client needs are anticipated and aligned to their vision
• Optimizes external relationships with third-party suppliers

Incentives Event Manager

• assesses and evaluates member needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members
• Provides specialized support for members receiving Long Term Services and Support (LTSS), with a focus on addressing health-related social needs (HRSNs), providing psychosocial support, and ensuring LTSS meets the member's service needs
• May support members residing in NFs by building relationships with facility staff, advocating for member care (including access to needed behavioral health services)
• Contacts members telephonically and face-to-face to establish goals and priorities, evaluate resources, develop plans of care, and identify LTSS providers and community partnerships to provide a combination of services and supports that best addresses the needs and goals of members and caregivers through person centered thinking approaches
• Focuses on supporting members and/or caregivers utilizing an interdisciplinary approach in accessing long term services and support, social, housing, educational and other services, regardless of funding sources to meet their needs
• Develops and modifies Individual Service Plans and involve applicable members of the care team in care planning (Informal caregiver coach, PCP, etc.)

Care Coach – Transition, Custodial Prevention

• Build and maintain an annual event calendar aligned to business goals, sales cycles and key market moments – including industry conferences, advisor forums, consultant roundtables and internal sales enablement gatherings.
• Lead the prioritization process across competing event opportunities, applying a clear framework for evaluating ROI, audience quality competitive presence and strategic fit.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales and marketing partners to ensure the event strategy reflects business priorities.
• Facilitate planning conversations with senior stakeholders to align on event objectives, target audiences, messaging themes, and success metrics before any activation begins.
• Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure Transamerica’s presence and narrative at events is consistent, differentiated and market relevant.
• Define activation strategies for each event, including pre-event engagement plans, at-event experiences and post-event follow-ups.
• Define KPIs for event investments and establish consistent measurement practices across events.
• Analyze and present performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence, with clear recommendations for reallocation or investment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Retirement and Financial industry landscape – including key trade associations and advisor networks.

Event Strategy Manager

• Coordinate venue-level operational planning and execution
• Manage schedules, logistics, inventory, and installation readiness
• Support onsite event operations and venue activation
• Partner with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue stakeholders
• Track operational progress, risks, and deliverables
• Assist with post-event decommissioning and asset recovery

Event Coordinator

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and team logistics
• Support project documentation, schedules, and milestone tracking
• Assist with operational planning and venue readiness activities
• Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready materials
• Maintain organized systems and project files
• Support onsite event operations during peak event periods

Event Assistant

• Proven track record of managing large-scale and regional events, including logistics for tradeshow booths, VIP events, and smaller high-touch events and dinners.
• Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution, from conceptualization through on-site delivery, ensuring all events are aligned with our corporate goals.
• Exceptional project and budget management skills with an eye for detail in execution, reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and successfully in a remote environment when not at an event site.
• Strong understanding of immersive customer engagement tactics, including the selection, management, and execution of collateral and giveaways for all events.
• Advocate for new ideas and approaches in support of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with field marketing on post-event activities and analysis of event success to inform future activations and participation.
• Leverage social media to promote event participation and build awareness.
• Work with broader marketing team as part of an integrated marketing strategy on all events, including travel, calendar, schedule management, client/prospect communications, and invoice/budget management.
• Provide white-glove support for attendees at events.

Event Marketing Manager

• Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards.
• Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees and staff.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications.
• Consult and negotiate with vendors on event-related matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
