About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards
  • Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees and staff
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications
