Designer

• Create dynamic, engaging email designs for our clients that follow brand guidelines across campaigns and flows
• Collaborate with Strategists and Copywriters to align visual assets with email strategy and copy.
• Stay current with email design trends and incorporate new ideas into layouts.
• Maintain organization of creative assets and ensure quality through proofreading and layout checks.
• Slice approved email designs in Figma for use in Klaviyo, ensuring optimal responsiveness and load times.
• Compress and export assets with precision, balancing quality and performance.
• Ensure sliced designs are clean, organized, and easily handed off to the Email Marketing team.
• Continuously refine slicing techniques and contribute to best practices – documentation.

Email Designer/Slicer

• Build and prepare production files for trading card products, including base cards, inserts, autograph cards, parallels, checklists, packaging, retail displays, sell sheets, and supporting print collateral.
• Work within established card templates and product systems to create accurate card layouts across athletes, teams, partners, variants, SKUs, and release formats.
• Prepare print-ready files with precision, including bleeds, trim, safe zones, dielines, spot colors, foils, finishes, coatings, overprint settings, export specs, and vendor requirements.
• Execute high-volume production tasks such as copy swaps, image placement, layout updates, card backs, versioning, resizing, checklist updates, and print file exports.
• Process and retouch photography for card and packaging use, including color correction, cleanup, cutouts, masking, compositing basics, background removal, and preparing images to spec.
• Help maintain consistency across large card sets, ensuring typography, spacing, alignment, image treatment, logos, legal copy, numbering, and production details are accurate across all files.
• Package and organize working files, links, fonts, specs, references, proofs, and final exports so projects stay clean, searchable, and production-ready.
• Review files for quality and accuracy before handoff, checking for common print and production issues before they reach vendors.
• Support proofing rounds, spec checks, revision updates, and production handoff with print vendors as needed.
• Create occasional supporting marketing or digital assets from approved templates when connected to a product release, such as web graphics, email images, social graphics, or launch materials.

Junior Designer / Production Artist

• Design new trading card sets and products from concept through print delivery, including themes, visual systems, set architecture, card templates, inserts, packaging, and production-ready files.
• Create net-new card products and release concepts, developing visual directions that feel premium, collectible, ownable, and aligned with the Pulse brand.
• Think systematically about each release, building cohesive product worlds that can scale across card designs, inserts, packaging, marketing assets, digital touchpoints, retail needs, and future extensions.
• Iterate on existing sets and product lines, refining layouts, improving visual systems, expanding insert concepts, and helping evolve successful products into stronger future releases.
• Bring co-branded partnership deals to life through card design, packaging, and related product creative, translating partner requirements into compelling collector-facing products that still feel distinct, polished, and ownable.
• Design base cards, autograph layouts, chase inserts, parallels, packaging elements, and product presentation materials.
• Build concept directions quickly, moving from rough ideas and visual exploration to polished, presentation-ready creative.
• Develop scalable product systems that work across athletes, teams, partners, SKUs, formats, print variations, campaign needs, and future release extensions while maintaining a clear and unique visual identity.
• Prepare production-ready design handoff, including print files, templates, dielines, bleeds, color setup, finishes, and vendor-ready assets.
• Partner with the Creative Director, product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate release goals, partner needs, and business priorities into clear creative solutions.
• Support brand and marketing creative as needed, including launch assets, web/e-commerce graphics, email, social, retail materials, and promotional design connected to product releases.
• Review final deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, collector expectations, product requirements, and print production standards.

• Demonstrates strong conceptual ideas and visual creativity to form original costume designs.
• Explores and generates diverse ideas for film’s costumes through research, rough sketches, shape exploration.
• Builds pages of deeper development for a given character, including detailed call-out sheets, poses, and attitudes that reflect the inner workings of the character.
• May provide color styling for characters.
• Works closely with the Production Designer and/or Art Director and Character Designer.
• Communicates progress of work to production staff. Ensure all deadlines are met.

Costume Designer, Animated Characters

• Define the control-system requirements and constraints for the DNA Origami actuator–sensor system — sensor bandwidth, noise floor, and latency; actuator drive-signal range and dynamics; and end-to-end observability — and feed them into the device-physics and DNA-origami design decisions early.
• Review the field-effect (FET) position-sensor and electrostatic drive-stack designs through a controls lens, flagging choices that would make the system hard to stabilize, identify, or estimate.
• Specify what the early ensemble and single-molecule experiments must log (sampling, excitation, metadata) so the data is usable for later system identification and ML modeling of the device response.
• Sketch the closed-loop control architecture and a simulation/estimation plan (feedback stabilization, averaging, observers) that the incoming full-time Controls engineer will implement.
• Provide a clean, documented handoff to the team.

Controls & Systems – Design Consultant

• Design and testing of primary and secondary structures, including composites and metallic piece parts.
• Create 3D models, detail part drawings, assemblies, installations, and interface control documents.

Structural Designer I – Lunar Permanence

• Preparing structural design calculations in accordance with applicable design standards and Agencies (i.e. AASHTO, IBC, ACI, AISC, NJDOT, NJTA & NYSDOT)
• Performing structural analysis of new designs and existing structures (bridges, retaining walls, sign structures, culverts, etc.)
• Leading and reviewing conceptual design alternatives in order to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions

• The work involves converting existing Revit Electrical models into Smart 3D. This role develops and maintains the detailed 3D model of electrical systems under the direction of electrical engineering. The role typically includes placing electrical equipment, routing cable trays, conduits, duct banks and cables, producing drawings and material take-offs, and coordinating with structural, mechanical, piping, instrumentation and construction teams to prevent clashes and support safe installation, access and maintenance. Because the work supports a nuclear facility, the designer must follow strict design standards, quality-assurance procedures and configuration-management controls so that model data, drawings and the physical plant remain accurate, consistent and fully traceable through design changes and as-built updates.
• The project is expected to have 4+ months or so duration initially. While we expect project continuance, we cannot guarantee an extension.

S3D Electrical Designer

• ReVisionz is currently building a pool of experienced Smart 3D HVAC designers to support us on a U.S. nuclear project.
• The work involves converting existing Revit HVAC models into Smart 3D. This role is expected to develop and maintain the detailed 3D model for HVAC systems under the direction of HVAC and mechanical engineering.
