Designer

• Assisting senior design personnel in developing and completing designs and contract documents, including municipal and state projects for streets/highways/freeways.
• These can include street lighting, traffic signals, signing and pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic and will require coordination with interdisciplinary teams including roadway, drainage, utilities, structures, and field services.
• The candidate will also be required to prepare and check design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans.
• Self-motivated, technically proficient, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is team-oriented.
• Travel periodically within Arizona and neighboring states, while being physically capable of performing fieldwork.

Traffic Designer, EIT-1

• Lead the creation of a comprehensive end-to-end detailed solution with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of the System Design Specification (SDS)
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in a lead capacity
• Expert knowledge of the business, processes, procedures, and relevant technology areas (e.g., Architecture, Infrastructure, Security)

• Lead cross functional teams across process integration/ device/ yield/ design/OPC/RET/DR and DTP/CAD teams to define and enhance Design for Manufacturability rules for enhanced yield /performance and faster ramp on advanced logic technologies
• Enhance and feed silicon learning / sighting of yield issues for design teams to update layout /DTCO methodologies, flows to capture yield issues early in the design process
• Work and refine yield tools/flows inside foundry and help in inline yield detection and optimization

Head of Workplace Design and Standards – Business Execution Senior Manager

• Designs and prepares drawings for electrical systems for building projects including conducting code review, lighting calculations, lighting and receptacle layout, one-line diagrams, branch circuit, feeder, and service calculations, etc., under the supervision of a licensed professional electrical engineer.
• Attends meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed; Prepares and distributes meeting notes.
• Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions or proposed conditions.
• Assists the design team in the coordination with other disciplines including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, civil, etc.

• Download, review, and understand design drawings and models to accurately design and coordinate vertical transportation designs.

• Managing technical day to day design of Telecommunications, Security, and Audio Visual (A/V) construction documents
• Coordinating and preparing schematic design and construction documents with an emphasis on Technology requirements (Telecom, Security, A/V)

Project ICT Designer

• Collaborate closely with VA stakeholders to deeply understand and document their experiences, and visually translate those findings onto service blueprints, ecosystem maps, journey maps, and other design artifacts.

• Serve as a technical specialist and consultant to the transportation engineering discipline on transportation-related projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and the development of project design elements including plans, specifications, estimates, and related reports.
• Identify and analyze the principal design features and major design alternatives that satisfy the project’s purpose and the client’s needs. Produce detailed, high-quality final design plans, specifications, and estimates in accordance with applicable procedures and standards.

Design Technician II

• Produce integration drawings following engineer’s markups AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Plan, update and manage contract drawings and submittals and perform document control tasks as needed across multiple file sharing platforms (Dropbox, Box, Procore, Autodesk Acc etc.).
• Become familiar with manufacturer submittals for electrical characteristics and able to identify, extract and perform data entry from one format to another.
• Produce spreadsheet or database based termination binder following engineer’s direction.

Integration Designer

• SDS Program Ownership: Own the SDS/SBS AutoCAD rollout roadmap, content backlog, and release cadence. Manage the transition from standard AutoCAD to SDS as the default workflow for standard substation projects.
• Content Governance: Coordinate with Engineering Leads to maintain block libraries, naming conventions, attribute rules, sheet setup standards, and template release controls. Ensure every block, symbol, and template has an owner, revision date, approval status, and intended project type.
• Training and Adoption: Develop and manage a role-based training program covering new users, checkers, project engineers, content owners, and production contributors. Track adoption metrics and report on progress against rollout milestones.
• Technology and AI Integration: Coordinate with the ANS technology team on AutoCAD LISPs, automation scripts, and AI integrations. Ensure SDS outputs are structured to support automated checking workflows.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Leads, and the technology and automation team to ensure SDS is integrated properly into design workflow.

SDS/SBS CAD Designer Lead

• Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter
