About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants with real estate and workplace design experience
- Engage Corporate Properties (CPG) partners and functional stakeholders to align resources
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management
- Manage a distributed global team

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- 5+ years of corporate real estate experience
- LEED accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
- NCARB or NCIDQ accredited professional (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and National Council for Interior Design Qualification)
- WELL accredited professional
