Data Analyst

• Sit with internal stakeholders (Medicare sales, finance, operations, HR) to walk them through Omni dashboards, capture feedback, document defects and change requests, and track them to resolution.
• Make report-side changes in Omni: tile edits, formatting, labels, filters, and layout. Escalate anything that touches dbt models or schema to the Interim Head of Analytics.
• Write SQL to spot-check numbers, audit data quality, and answer one-off questions from the business.
• Maintain and update the entity-relationship documentation for the Mart layer as the schema evolves.
• Reconcile reported numbers against source systems (Sabal, Atlantis, Paylocity, Sonar, Retreaver) when discrepancies are flagged.
• Own a clean, organized backlog of business requests and known issues so nothing falls through the cracks.

Junior Data Analyst

• Promote dashboards, reports, and reporting tools
• Support the Finance team with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based analysis files
• Help with the preparation and formatting of monthly, quarterly, budget, and board presentation materials
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
• Partner with Finance and teams to support reporting needs
• Support ongoing process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
• Maintain reporting structures, templates, and documentation
• Assist with data visualization and presentation of key business metrics
• Report into Finance leadership

• Own and manage T-Mobile’s ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes
• Design, implement, and enhance the company’s ESG data management system
• Lead ESG data execution for annual reporting projects, quarterly progress updates
• Maintain SOPs and required documentation to support internal reporting controls
• Seek opportunities to automate processes and improve data reliability
• Provide data, analytics, and insights to support ESG and Sustainability strategic decisions
• Support company’s ESG ratings and ranker submissions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners
• Maintain awareness of industry-wide standards and developments in ESG
