Billing Specialist

• Manage monthly billing reconciliation for all lines of business - reconcile campaigns and create invoices for different types of business lines
• Ensure that the invoices are generated timely and accurately as per the client agreement/requirement.
• Provide end to end support to Business Teams and coordinate between different departments like Operations, Account Management, Collections and External Auditors to ensure smooth functioning.
• Assist with month end close activities which includes preparing revenue estimates for all business lines.
• Ensure proper documentation to substantiate the monthly activities performed to support the audit needs & compliance
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements
• Review employee expense report to ensure compliance of company’s policy
• Inquire with employees for receipts and explanations when needed
• Monthly expense analysis and reporting variances
• Ensure expenses are accurately booked into financial reporting system
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
• The role requires flexibility, including night hours and night shifts, to support our global clients and ensure timely billing.

Senior Billing Analyst

• Onit is seeking a Billing Specialist with strong exposure and experience in managing complex invoicing scenarios.
• Ownership of the up for renewal and up for invoice tracking file per product line.
• This role is responsible to ensuring accounts receivable is able to close on day 1 each month close by ensuring all invoices are created timely and any invoices not generated are provided to the general ledger team for a formal accrual.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with attention to detail and a proven history of being able to analyze the invoicing by product line activity and with an ability to explain all anomalies to the SVP, Controller.

• Handling billing activities i.e. mainly Consumption based billing
• Handling Usage Based billings i.e. Direct & AWS/Azure Marketplace billing
• Generating Invoices and sending it to clients
• Validating every PO’s or Ordering documents w.r.t amount, account, address, currency etc.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities
• Handling AR email box for resolving queries
• Handling Credit Memo and Rebill request
• Perform daily analysis, review exception reports
• Creating and performing ad hoc queries and analyses
• Ability to provide Process Improvement ideas
• Provide support for external audits
• Special projects as required by management.
