• Manage residential settlements for assigned office(s), including client acquisition and retention.

Commercial Litigation Attorney

• Serve as the primary KM and Innovation liaison to the Labor & Employment PSC.
• Lead and advise the PSC in identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements and process optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert, fostering collaboration between KM, IT, and practice teams to evaluate and implement innovative solutions, including AI tools.
• Identify, assess, and pilot new and existing legal technology tools based on PSC needs.
• Prototype and demonstrate technology solutions, including AI and document automation platforms.
• Champion technology adoption and positive organizational change, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Vet, plan, and execute KM and innovation projects, ensuring alignment with firm goals and ROI.

Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney – Labor & Employment

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in **Tennessee.**
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
• While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances.

Associate Attorney

• Support the daily business activities of the Legal Operations division.
• Function as the lead administrator of the ebilling system.
• Manage relationships with collaborators and deliver user training.
• Process purchase orders and invoices using SAP Concur system.
• Assist with the maintenance of the contract lifecycle management system.
• Map workflow pain points to AI capabilities and recommend tools.
• Maintain and improve the department’s knowledge management system.
• Assist with preparing and distributing communications.
• Assist with facility requests, equipment requests, and onboarding/offboarding of staff.

Legal Operations Clerk

• Appear in court for the firm as needed.
• Review new claims placed with the firm to ensure compliance.
• Review of and signing off on all pleadings printed for filing with the courts such as complaints and motions.
• Occasionally drafting of various motions and responses to contested matters.
• Argue motions that are contested before the court as well as conduct trials and arbitrations.
• Will manage both telephonic and written contact with opposing counsel.
• Prepare and respond to discovery or oversee counterclaims in which BG or client are named.

• Oversee and manage legal operations and financial success of the Department’s default and foreclosure practice areas.
• Provide strategic counsel, guidance, and support to clients and the Firm’s senior leadership.
• Ensure the Department delivers high-quality legal services and achieves client objectives within established timelines and legal frameworks.
• Manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in handling non-judicial foreclosure cases from initiation to completion.

Legal Intelligence & Research Attorney – Part-Time, Contract

• Provide analytical and research support for the Office of Legal Services
• Assist with legal operations and support the legal function for the assigned department
• Perform simple contract/amendment drafting, review, and negotiation independently
• Support organization and maintenance of agreements in the contract lifecycle system
• Monitor and track legal, risk, governance and compliance issues as requested
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and institutional information
• Perform other related duties as directed and within the individual's area of expertise
