• Deliver high-quality Children’s ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments
• Deliver ADHD prescribing care, including: Medication initiation, titration, and review appointments
• Present assessment findings in a strengths-based, client-centred manner
• Conduct safeguarding and risk assessments where required
• Support GPs with shared care queries when appropriate
• Maintain professional registration, mandatory training, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Share ideas to improve Paloma’s software tools and clinical pathways
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and innovative clinical culture

ADHD Assessor, Prescriber for Children

• Deliver high-quality Children’s Autism and ADHD Neurodevelopmental Assessments

Senior Assessor – Autism, ADHD for Children

• Supporting and delivering of remote ADHD diagnostic assessments for adult patients
• Conducting structured clinical interviews using recognised tools, with appropriate guidance
• Evaluating symptoms and contributing to assessment outcomes
• Producing high-quality diagnostic reports with support, feedback, and clear templates
• Providing clear and empathetic feedback to patients, with senior clinical support where needed
• Working closely with senior clinicians and the Lead Consultant to build expertise and ensure best practice
• Using digital tools, including AI-supported transcription, to support accurate and efficient documentation
• Contributing to quality improvement processes and learning from audit feedback

ADHD Assessor, Prescriber – Adults

• Delivering remote ADHD diagnostic assessments for adult patients
• Conducting structured clinical interviews and applying recognised diagnostic tools
• Evaluating symptoms and analysing assessment results
• Producing high-quality, evidence-based diagnostic reports
• Providing clear and empathetic feedback to patients and, where appropriate, families
• Prescribing treatment in line with clinical guidelines (if appropriately qualified)
• Collaborating with a wider multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice
• Using technology, including AI-supported transcription tools, to streamline documentation
• Helping to drive quality auditing processes
