About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting and delivering of remote ADHD diagnostic assessments for adult patients
Conducting structured clinical interviews using recognised tools, with appropriate guidance
Evaluating symptoms and contributing to assessment outcomes
Producing high-quality diagnostic reports with support, feedback, and clear templates
Providing clear and empathetic feedback to patients, with senior clinical support where needed
Working closely with senior clinicians and the Lead Consultant to build expertise and ensure best practice
Using digital tools, including AI-supported transcription, to support accurate and efficient documentation
Contributing to quality improvement processes and learning from audit feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified healthcare professional (e.g. Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse) with experience delivering ADHD assessments
ADHD Diagnosis and Assessment Training
Current professional registration with relevant regulatory body
Experience working with adult mental health presentations
Prescribing experience
Understanding of ADHD and interest in developing assessment expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good written skills, with willingness to develop report writing to a high standard
Confidence using digital systems and tools
Experience working in a remote or digital healthcare setting
