Actuary

• Ensures that the appropriate modeling is being done and that the team continues to develop technically. Develops and drives the strategy for the most appropriate tools, technology and resources for the team to use.
• Complies with, monitors their staff for compliance with, and ensures that their areas have appropriate monitoring in place for all applicable compliance requirements and Actuarial Standards of Practice.
• Communicates effectively across the company and with external parties. Ensures that the appropriate information is making its way to all levels of the organization.
