Accounts Payable

• Work closely with Public Sector stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to procure-to-pay (P2P) and accounts payable processes
• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable, including suppliers, invoices, payments, approvals, expense processing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Public Sector accounting standards
• Participate in and lead end-to-end implementation activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support
• Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing, payment cycles, and overall accounts payable operations using Oracle best practices
• Develop user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful end-user adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Accounts Payable and related modules such as GL, Procurement, Purchasing, and Projects

Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable Lead

• Provide nursing supervision and oversight of AMAP-certified staff administering medications.
• Ensure compliance with West Virginia medication administration laws, AMAP regulations, and organizational policies.
• Monitor medication storage, documentation, and administration procedures.
• Review medication errors, incident reports, and corrective action plans.
• Promote safe medication practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Accounts Payable reporting and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making across multiple AP teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data presented in dashboards and recurring reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyzing merchant activity on corporate card programs, assist with communications to card holders/leadership when needed, and provide additional support where needed
• Assist with Oracle ARCS Transaction Matching, as needed, to help support new projects
• Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance standards

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all corporate invoices and payment requests
• Verify sales taxes on invoices and make proper correction to comply with state requirements
• Handle all vendor payable inquiries, analyze requests and transactions
• Conduct credit card purchase audits and ensure compliance with Groundworks credit card policy
• Provide direct or online user support and accounts payable training to end users
• Analyze exceptions to detect patterns and implement a resolution
• Collaborate with assigned branches to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
• Maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external partners

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable function
