About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform various procurement and financial related duties servicing both WVU Regional campuses located in Keyser and Beckley
Responsible for procurement and payment services, budget management, spend forecasting, lease and contract management, management of P-card programs, cost allocation, and compliance and payroll backup
Assist the WVU Keyser Campus Athletics operations directly related to all purchasing needs.
Report to the Business Planning Officers on the Keyser campus and the Beckley campus

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related degree
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Purchasing or payroll
All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
