• Casa Central’s School Age Program (SAP) provides out-of-school time enrichment programming for children ages 5-12 and their families.
• The Program Coordinator is responsible for orienting, training, coaching, and monitoring staff, volunteers, and interns; overseeing the daily schedule; supporting lesson planning; responding to child and family needs; and ensuring timely and accurate classroom documentation.
• The SAP Coordinator ensures the development of strategies for the active recruitment, eligibility screening, enrollment, and engagement of children and families.
• The coordinator provides support to the Director of the School-Age Program to ensure that the program is in full compliance with stakeholder expectations.

SAP Coordinator

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments while supporting our internal teams and external vendors through effective account reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Review, verify, and process statements according to payment terms.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolved vendor issues to ensure processing of payments in a timely manner, according to their payment terms.

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Oversee and execute complex accounts payable functions

• Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master records

• Prepare month-end journal entries and assist with cash reconciliations
• Maintain organized documentation for audits, compliance reporting, and internal controls

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team.

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently entering vendor & payables information into accounting systems (Microsoft D365 F&O and RAMP).
• Process expense coding invoices, routing for approval, PO matching and generating ACH, wire and check payments.
• Ensure disbursements are made per vendor and/or company terms.
• Issue 1099’s and other assignments as required.
